New Hires!

To enroll, call the Benefits Call Center at 215-600-1636, Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm EST.

Insurance premiums are collected via a monthly bank draft from your personal bank account of choice. Please have your bank account and routing number ready before you enroll.
Enrolling in Your Benefits
Who’s eligible?
- STS employees who are scheduled to work an average of 20 or more hours per week.
- Hours for benefit eligibility are calculated based on time worked during the school year
When can I enroll?
- New Hire Enrollments must be completed within 30 days of date of hire.
- Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll or make changes to your benefits. Open Enrollment takes place annually in April.

Login Information
Username Name: Full Social Security Number (no spaces)
PIN: Last 4 digits of your SSN and the Last 2 digits of your Year of Birth (you will complete your enrollment using the same PIN)

This site is available to you 24/7. When you are not in an active enrollment you can view your elections or download your enrollment confirmation statement.
